1. Acceptance and provider
These terms apply to the OneView app and this website, provided by Ahsan Nawaz. By using OneView, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and website. You can reach the developer through the developer portfolio.
2. What OneView does
OneView lets you record and review historical investment activity, holdings, valuations, returns, fees, dividends, and allocation. Buy and sell entries are records of activity that happened elsewhere. OneView does not execute transactions, hold assets, transfer funds, access your broker or fund account, or guarantee any investment outcome.
Information in the app and on this website is for general information and personal record keeping. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for seeking qualified advice when needed.
3. Your records, statement imports, and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or import and for reviewing every statement preview before confirming it. PDF text extraction, on-device OCR, and CSV/TXT column mapping can be incomplete or incorrect. A holdings snapshot may not contain enough information to recreate original trades, fees, or tax treatment. Keep your official statements and verify imported names, quantities, dates, prices, and transaction types.
Your portfolio is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and any backup files you export. Restoring a backup replaces the device’s current OneView portfolio. See the Privacy Policy for details about storage, statement processing, export, and deletion.
4. Third-party market information
OneView may display information obtained from public third-party sources, including prices, NAVs, dividends, payouts, and logos. This information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners; their display does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with OneView.
Before making any decision or reporting a figure, verify it against the relevant official source. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Availability and updates
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. Some features require an internet connection and depend on external providers. We do not promise continuous availability of those providers or error-free calculations. Please contact us if you find a material error.
6. Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OneView is provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Ahsan Nawaz is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unverified figures, external data failures, or lost local data or backup files. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law. For questions, visit the developer portfolio.
